Jennifer Lafleur M.ed

Jennifer LaFleur M.Ed, CRC, CEAS, currently serves as Clinical Team Lead at The Hartford, overseeing a team of 10 Vocational Case Managers managing Short Term Disability (STD), Long Term Disability (LTD), and ADAAA cases. With a substantial background at Aetna, Jennifer held various roles including Manager of Vocational Rehabilitation Services and Return to Work Consultant, focusing on the development and management of Stay at Work and Return to Work programs, as well as project management and staff development. Prior experience includes positions as a Disability Examiner in both Florida and Connecticut, and an Early Childhood Lead Teacher at Springfield College. Jennifer obtained a Master of Education in Rehabilitation and Disability Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Springfield College.
