Kathleen Winters is an experienced executive with a strong background in finance and leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as an Independent Director at The Hartford, American Express Global Business Travel, and Definitive Healthcare, Kathleen has utilized extensive expertise gained from previous positions as CFO at ADP and MSCI Inc., as well as roles at Honeywell International, including VP of CFO Performance Materials & Technologies and VP Corporate Controller. Kathleen holds a degree from Boston College, obtained between 1985 and 1989.
