Lyudmila Mishra is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leading teams and driving digital transformation across multiple financial institutions. Currently serving as the Head of Employer Experience Technology at The Hartford since March 2025, Lyudmila focuses on modernizing applications and leveraging Generative AI for business enhancement. Previously, at Flagstar Bank, Lyudmila held the role of Senior Vice-President and led the integration of Signature Bank following its acquisition. At Wells Fargo, Lyudmila successfully directed a global software engineering team to transform loan servicing experiences. Lyudmila's career also includes significant positions at Bank of America, Ally, and Covisint, where leadership over large, diverse technology teams was pivotal in executing strategic initiatives. With a Master's degree in Computer Science from Oakland University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Andhra University, Lyudmila's educational background supports a robust professional foundation.
