Natalie Darling

Natalie Darling is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in disability benefits management and leadership roles. Since April 2016, Natalie has been with The Hartford as a Leader Success Enablement, Change Agent, and Team Leader for the Long Term Disability Team. Prior to this, from June 2007 to April 2016, Natalie served as the LTD Benefit Manager and Senior Technical Specialist at Aetna, and from June 2004 to June 2007, held various positions in customer service at Unum, focusing on call center operations, billing, and enrollment. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from the University of Southern Maine, obtained between 2000 and 2004.
