Christy Owens

Christy Owens, PMP, CSM, serves as the Director of Enterprise Portfolio & Business Architecture at The Haskell Company since June 2019, where previously held positions include Director of Enterprise Portfolio and Manager of Portfolio Delivery and Change Management. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Project Manager at Florida Blue from June 2018 to June 2019, managing projects in IT and business, and Project Manager III at Bank of Hawaii from October 2016 to June 2018, overseeing complex projects with enterprise impacts. Christy also worked as an IT Project Manager through TEKsystems at First Hawaiian Bank and led front office system projects at Adecco, promoting to Lead IT Project Manager within 16 months. Christy’s educational background includes an MBA in Business/Commerce from the University of North Florida, a Master of Arts in Intercultural Communication and International Management from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, and a BBA in Economics from the University of North Florida.
