Janelle Lamb

Janelle Lamb is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in project management and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Construction at The Haskell Company since November 2023, Janelle has a robust background that includes roles such as Senior Project Executive and Operations Lead at BNBuilders from July 2019 to August 2023, and Project Executive at XL Construction from December 2017 to July 2019. Previous positions also include Senior Project Manager and Project Executive at Cumming Corporation and Truebeck Construction, respectively, along with a significant tenure at BNBuilders in various project management roles from 2006 to 2016. Early career experience includes positions at Rudolph and Sletten, where Janelle progressed from Project Engineer to Project Manager. Janelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, obtained in 1997.
