MaryCarmen Lopez Sairafi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as the Director of HR International and Human Resources & General Affairs Manager for The Haskell Company since December 2018, MaryCarmen has held various significant roles, including People Operations Manager at Yalo and Head of Human Resources & Administration at PETRONAS - KELLY SERVICES. MaryCarmen's expertise encompasses strategic human capital management, employee relations, and organizational development, demonstrated during tenure at Canon Mexicana, where responsibilities included managing HR processes for over 400 employees. An early career at GRUPO DAKAB and multiple HR positions has provided a strong foundation in talent acquisition and employee management.
