Peter Turgoose

Peter Turgoose is a seasoned professional in organizational design and consulting, currently serving as Co-Owner of Turgoose Consulting since May 2010. Turgoose also holds the position of Director at the European Organisation Design Forum and is a Panel Member in Occupational Psychology at The Health and Care Professions Council. Previous roles include Chairperson at the Organisation Design Partnership and Board Trustee at the Organisation Design Institute. With extensive experience at Royal Mail and Post Office Ltd in various directorial roles, Peter Turgoose has been instrumental in leading transformation programs and enhancing organizational capability across multiple sectors.
