Deirdre Beluan

Deirdre (Murphy) Beluan is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive leadership experience across various organizations. Currently serving as President and Chief Executive Officer at The Health Collaborative since February 2022, Deirdre also held the position of Chief Strategy Officer at Lumeris prior to this role. Previous positions include Market Vice President at Lumeris, Director of the Hamilton County Care Coordination Program at United Way of Greater Cincinnati, and Chief Network Integration Officer at Bon Secours Mercy Health, where responsibilities included network development and clinical transformation. Deirdre has demonstrated expertise in population health programs and strategic planning through roles at Mercy Health, including Interim Chief Operating Officer and System Director of Operations. Educational credentials include a Masters in Health Services Administration and a Masters in Business Administration from Xavier University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University Bloomington.
