Annie Finnis

Assistant Director of Strategy and Planning at The Health Foundation

Annie Finnis has a diverse and extensive work experience. Annie started their career as an Employment Advisor at WorkDirections in 2004 and later moved on to become a Policy and Research Analyst. In 2009, Annie joined the Cabinet Office as a Policy Advisor, where they worked until 2011. Annie then transitioned to 10 Downing Street as a Senior Policy Advisor and stayed until 2013. Following that, Annie worked at EY as a Manager and later as a Senior Manager from 2013 to 2015. Annie then joined Nesta, where they held the position of Senior Programme Manager and eventually became a Director. In 2021, Annie briefly worked as a Freelance Consultant before joining The Health Foundation, where they are currently serving as the Assistant Director of Strategy.

Annie Finnis obtained their Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) from the University of Oxford between 2001 and 2004. Annie further pursued their education and received a Master of Science (MSc) in Public Policy and Management from Birkbeck, University of London, from 2008 to 2010.
