Faye Goldman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in communications, advocacy, and project coordination. Faye started their career as a Marketing and Administrative Assistant at the National Campaign for the Arts in 2009. Faye then worked at Cultural Co-operation as an Administration and Events Management staff from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, Faye joined Business in the Community where they held multiple roles, including Project Coordinator for Business Action on Homelessness, Communications Manager for Work Inclusion, and Campaign Manager for Work Inclusion. During their time at Business in the Community, Faye led successful campaigns, built effective relationships with funders and senior business members, and conducted research and consultations on emerging campaign issues.
In 2016, Faye took a career break and volunteered in support of refugees in Europe while also engaging in personal travel. Following their career break, they joined VSO as a Communications Advisor for a professional placement in Ghana. In this role, they worked with VSO Ghana staff and local NGO partners to enhance their communication capacity and strengthen their education program through case study and information gathering from supported children.
Faye then joined CAST Centre for the Acceleration of Social Technology for a Fuse Secondment from June to August 2017, followed by a position at Gingerbread as the Head of Communications, Digital & Membership from May 2017 to January 2020. Within Gingerbread, they also served as the Interim Director for Communications & Policy from June 2019 to January 2020.
Most recently, Faye joined The Health Foundation as the Head of Communications in January 2020, and they now serves as the Associate Director of Communications and Engagement - Q since January 2022. Faye'swork at The Health Foundation involves leading communications and engagement efforts in the field of improving healthcare quality.
Faye Goldman completed their A Levels in French, Music, Maths, and General Studies, with AS Levels in Further Maths and History at Guiseley School. Faye attended the University of Cambridge from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a degree in Modern Languages, specializing in French and Portuguese Language and Literature. In 2007 to 2008, Faye participated in an ERASMUS placement at the University of Lisbon, focusing on Lusophone literary, historical, and cultural studies.
