Marie Jay

Marie Jay currently serves as the Chief People Officer at The Health Foundation and is a Board Trustee for Milton Keynes Play Association. With a strong background in human resources, Marie has previously held roles as a Human Resources Consultant at HRMK and a Board Trustee at Age UK East London. Additional experience includes an HR Director position at Arjo, Head of HR at Countrywide Plc, and Head of Strategic HR at White Clarke Group. Marie's career began as an Accounts Office Manager at Apak Systems Ltd. and evolved through various HR management positions. Marie holds a CIPD Level 7 degree from Manchester Open Learning College.
