Natalie Palmer has held various roles in different organizations throughout their work experience. Natalie started their career in 2013 as a Care Coordinator at APEX CARE and worked there until 2015. Natalie then moved on to ASTER LIVING, where they served as a Service Leader for a brief period in 2015. In the same year, they became the CEO/Founder and Chief Game Changer at Quovita C.I.C, where they continued until 2022. During their time at Quovita C.I.C, they also took on the role of Personalised Care Lead (Mid Cornwall) at disAbility Cornwall & Isles of Scilly from January 2022 to March 2022. In 2017, Natalie became a Q Community Member at The Health Foundation and is currently still in that position. Most recently, they joined Humans Cornwall in 2022 as the CQC Lead and Micro Enterprise Advisor.

Natalie Palmer's education history includes studying psychology at The Open University.
