Tarnia M. has a range of work experience in various roles and organizations. Tarnia began their career as a Class Teacher at George Mitchell School from January 2011 to September 2012. Following that, they worked as a Community Writing Programme Leader at the Ministry of Stories from September 2012 to December 2013.

From March 2014 to November 2014, Tarnia served as a Primary Intervention contractor at Protocol Education. Tarnia later joined Family Action as a Senior Family Case Worker from November 2014 to August 2016. Subsequently, Tarnia worked as a Senior Family and Education Practitioner at School-Home Support from September 2016 to September 2017.

Their experience also includes roles such as a Senior Campaigns Officer focused on Children and Young People at Time to Change from October 2017 to August 2019. Following that, they served as a Programme Manager at Chance UK from November 2019 to July 2020.

In 2020, Tarnia held various positions. At Dissonant Futures Collective, they co-founded a project in its first phase starting from November 2020. Tarnia also worked as a Community and Collaborative Change Manager at The Health Foundation, starting from July 2020.

Lastly, Tarnia was involved in a consultancy contract for program redesign at Campaign Bootcamp from September 2020 to December 2020. Overall, they have gained a wide range of experience in different roles and organizations throughout their career.

Tarnia M. completed their Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from King's College London from 2007 to 2010. In 2015, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Psychology from UCL. Currently, as of 2017, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Psychology of Education from UCL.
