Lauren C.

Lauren C. is an experienced healthcare professional currently pursuing a PhD in Health Promotion at the University of Galway, where Lauren has previously completed an MPhil in Podiatric Medicine and a BSc in Podiatry. Since September 2020, Lauren has been a PhD student at the Health Research Board, concurrently serving as a reviewer for Elsevier and as an associate editor for The Foot In Diabetes Journal since December 2021. Additionally, Lauren is the lead podiatrist and owner of L.A Podiatry and has held a part-time lecturer position at the National University of Ireland, Galway. Previous experience includes working as a podiatrist at iStep Podiatry, a student podiatrist at the Health Service Executive, and participating in summer research scholarships focused on systematic reviews in podiatry.
