Lauri Kuosmanen

Lauri Kuosmanen serves as a University Lecturer and fixed-term Professor at the University of Eastern Finland since June 2018, while also holding the position of Associate Professor at the University of Turku since January 2013, providing part-time teaching, supervision, and research contributions. Additional roles include External Examiner at Dublin City University, Organizing Committee member for the European Conference on Mental Health and the European Congress on Violence in Clinical Psychiatry, and Review Panel Member for the Health Research Board (HRB). Lauri Kuosmanen is also involved with Evipro as a Senior Expert and Partner, and contributes as a member of the National Advisory Board on Social Welfare and Health Care Ethics ETENE, Vice Chair of the Sairaanhoitajien koulutussäätiö sr., and Treasurer for the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Nursing Science from the University of Turku and an MNSc and Registered Nurse degree from the University of Eastern Finland and Mikkeli Health Care College, respectively.
