Rose Soto, LCSW, CCM, currently serves in a comprehensive care management role for LVAD/CVICU at The Heart Hospital Baylor Plano since April 2022. With extensive experience in social services, Rose held positions as Director of Social Services at Cantex Continuing Care Network, Nexion Health, and Senior Care Centers Health and Rehabilitation, as well as Regional Director of Social Services for Regency Integrated Health Services, LLC, and Director of Marketing and Admissions at Legend Oaks Healthcare and Rehabilitation - North Austin. Additionally, Rose provided clinical therapy services at Deer Oaks - The Behavioral Health Solution from June 2023 to June 2024. Rose earned a Bachelor of Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin and a Masters in Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington, along with education from Midland College.
