Tiffany Steele, SHRM-SCP has a long history of success in the Human Resources field. Tiffany began their career in 2004 as a Store Manager and Co-Manager at EXPRESS in Peoria, IL. Tiffany then moved to EXPRESS in Vernon Hills, IL as a Store Manager and District Trainer in 2010. In 2012, they joined OEM America as a Human Resources Generalist and Payroll Manager and a Human Resources Team Member and Benefits Specialist. In 2018, they became Human Resources Manager at ICOT Hearing Systems, where they were responsible for the full scope of HR functions for a multi-site hearing aid manufacturer and call center with 200 employees spread over 5 states. In 2020, they joined DIRTT Environmental Solutions as Human Resources Manager for US Operations. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed People Operations Manager at The Helper Bees.

Tiffany Steele, SHRM-SCP, obtained their Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Bradley University between 2000 and 2004. Tiffany then completed an MS HRM - Masters in Human Resources from the University of Connecticut between 2011 and 2014.
