Jennifer Arena

Jennifer Arena possesses extensive experience in the food service industry, currently serving as a Server at The Henry since August 2021, where high standards of customer service are maintained in fast-paced settings. Previous roles include serving at Blanco, where order processing and conflict resolution enhanced interpersonal skills, and as a Barista at Catalyst Cafe, focusing on quick service and teamwork during busy periods. Additional experience includes hostessing at Chicago Cut Steakhouse and working as a Cashier at Josi's Frozen Yogurt Cafe, where customer engagement and operational support were key responsibilities. Jennifer also interned as a Political Associate for State Representative Robert Martwick, conducting research and participating in community outreach. Academically, Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Sciences and Technology from the University of Arizona in 2021, following graduation from Lane Technical College Prep High School in 2018.
