Valentina Mellini

Valentina Mellini is currently a Student Issues Committee Member at the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, a position held since June 2023. In addition, Valentina works as a Hostess at The Henry and serves as a Staff Writer for Spoon University, both roles starting in May 2023 and January 2023, respectively. Valentina is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics/Dietitian at Florida State University, anticipated to graduate in 2024, and holds an International Baccalaureate and High School Diploma from Coral Gables Senior High School, earned in May 2020.
