Sam Johnson

Sam Johnson has a solid work experience history, starting as an Intern at Results Technology in 2013. After that, they worked as a Service Desk Technician at Results Technology from 2014 to 2016. Then, they joined Optiv Inc as a SOC Technician, troubleshooting customer systems issues and facilitating communication from 2016 to 2018. Following that, they worked as a Security Engineer at Insight from 2018 to 2020, where they coordinated and reviewed network security activities and implemented technical software. Currently, Sam is working at Cyderes as the Director of Technical Onboarding, leading the implementation of new customers and overseeing a team of onboarding engineers. Overall, Sam has gained valuable experience in technical onboarding, customer success, network security, and load balancing throughout their career.

Sam Johnson attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City from 2014 to 2016, where they studied Information Technology. Prior to that, Sam attended Kansas State University from 2010 to 2014. Sam has obtained certifications such as Palo Alto Certified Network Engineer in March 2018, Checkpoint Certified Security Engineer in February 2017, CCENT from Cisco in February 2016, and Checkpoint Certified Security Administrator in February 2016.
