Taylor Robinson

Taylor Robinson has a diverse work experience. They started off as a Computer IT and Access Service role at the University of Ottawa Access Service in 2013, where they performed various tasks including internet/network diagnostics and computer set-up. In 2015, they worked as an IT Support Administrator at MASS Environmental Services Inc., where they were responsible for IT network diagnostics, troubleshooting, and server management. They also generated financial audit reports and created instructional tutorials for employees. From 2017 to 2023, Taylor held multiple roles at Cyderes, starting as a Security Analyst and eventually becoming the Director of Customer Success. In these roles, they were responsible for security monitoring, event investigation, and maintaining client relationships.

Taylor Robinson attended Fleming College from 2014 to 2017, studying Computer Security and Investigations. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2014, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology at the University of Ottawa. Additionally, Taylor holds certifications such as the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft and the Splunk Core Certified User from Splunk.
