Zoha Sarwar has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Zoha started their career at Dell in 2007, working as a Senior Technical Support Specialist and later as an XPS Resolution Expert. After that, they worked at Convergys as a Business End User Care representative for a brief period in 2009. Zoha then joined Bell, where they worked as a Full Service Technician and later as a Systems Network Escalation Team (SNET) Technician until 2014. Zoha then moved on to Cyderes, where they held multiple roles, including Technical Account Manager/Tier II, Technical Account Manager replacement, Systems Security Analyst, and eventually becoming the Technical Lead - Security Engineering. Zoha'sresponsibilities at Cyderes included managing firewall and perimeter appliance solutions, resolving complex problems, identifying security concerns, and troubleshooting within clients' constraints. Overall, Zoha has extensive experience in technical support, network escalation, and security engineering.

Zoha Sarwar completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the University of Windsor from 2003 to 2006. In 2010, Zoha achieved a French as Second Language - Level 2 certification from Consiel des écoles publiques de l'Est de l'Ontario. In 2012 and 2013, Zoha participated in the Ontario Technical Support Apprenticeship Program offered by the Ontario Ministry of Education and Training. Additionally, Zoha obtained several certifications including Palo Alto Certified Network Security Engineer, PSE Professional - Platform 8.0, and others from various institutions such as Palo Alto Networks and Raytheon|Websense.
