Johannes M. has extensive work experience, beginning in 2006. Johaness started as an Outbound Sales Representative at Stream Global Services, where they placed outbound calls and handled customer response. In 2007, they moved to the same company and took on roles as a Vonage (VOIP) Technical Support Representative 3/Trainer and a Dell Technical Support Representative 3/Trainer. In 2012, they began working for Convergys Philippines Inc. as a Team Leader. In 2016, they moved to Author Solutions, LLC as a TeamLeader - Sales. In 2018, they began working as a Social Media Manager/Marketer for Freelance, and also took on roles as an Operations Manager, Marketing Manager, and Email Marketer at Chronos Agency. Finally, in 2021, they began working as an Email Marketing Manager & Strategist for The Hero Company.
