Amy Preston, PhD, RD, is a seasoned professional in regulatory evaluations and nutrition science, currently serving as Senior Manager, Regulatory at The Hershey Company since May 2007. Throughout a progressive career at The Hershey Company, Amy has held various leadership roles focusing on regulatory guidance, emerging technologies, and nutrition communication across product portfolios. Key responsibilities have included leading business impact analyses of ingredients, advancing new products, and developing nutrition communication materials. Amy's academic credentials include a PhD in Nutritional Sciences from Penn State University and a Master's in Exercise Physiology from the University of Virginia, complemented by early experience as a Dietetic Intern at Hershey Medical Center.
