Amy Warner

Amy Warner is an accomplished Enterprise Transformation Leader at The Hershey Company, where responsibilities include managing programs aimed at increasing agility and enhancing automation. With a robust background in customer service management and experiential innovation, Warner previously managed a global team responsible for a significant portion of US sales and developed innovative experiences such as the HERSHEY'S Factory Workshop. In addition to corporate roles, Warner serves as an Instructor and Subject Matter Expert at Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies, focusing on team leadership and project management. Warner holds a Master of Project Management from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
