Bailey Scott

Bailey Scott is a Global Executive Talent Sourcing Specialist at The Hershey Company, beginning in October 2023. Prior to this role, Bailey served as a Global Executive and Strategic Talent Recruiter at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from July 2019 to September 2023, where responsibilities included managing the end-to-end recruitment process for executive roles, collaborating with hiring managers, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Bailey also has experience as a Talent Acquisition Assistant at BCG, supporting campus recruiting and candidate management. Earlier experience includes an internship in the Disney College Program at Walt Disney World, where operational and hospitality skills were developed. Bailey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Management with a focus on Human Resources from the University of South Carolina.
