Jared Cooper is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality engineering and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Quality Engineering at The Hershey Company since March 2012, Jared leads Lean Six Sigma initiatives across the company's global operations. Previously, Jared held the position of Operational Excellence Manager at the Reese Plant, focusing on industrial engineering and continuous improvement efforts. Prior to joining The Hershey Company, Jared worked at TE Connectivity from June 1998 to March 2012 as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Continuous Improvement Manager, where responsibilities included supporting Lean and Six Sigma efforts across multiple facilities. Jared's career began as a Manufacturing Engineer in the fiber optics sector. Educationally, Jared holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and has obtained certifications from Sigma Breakthrough Technologies Inc. as a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Six Sigma Black Belt.
