John Bui

John Bui is a seasoned process development engineer with extensive experience in innovation across various industries. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer at The Hershey Company since February 2022, John focuses on the Salty Snacks portfolio, including well-known brands like SkinnyPop and Pirate's Booty. Prior to this, John worked at Land O'Lakes, Inc. as an R&D Process Engineer II, specializing in Dairy foods, and held the position of Senior Associate at SC Johnson, contributing to the Air Care division. Earlier roles included a Research and Development Intern at PDI and a Process Engineer Co-op at Coperion, alongside a Global Supply Chain Co-op position at Colgate Palmolive. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
