Megan Marshall

Megan Marshall serves as the Senior Director of Supply Chain Finance at The Hershey Company, a position held since May 2016. Throughout the tenure at The Hershey Company, Megan has also held various leadership roles, including Director of U.S. Supply Chain & ERP Finance, Director of Operations Excellence & ERP Controller, and Director of Finance Enterprise Margin Expansion, focusing on enhancing growth initiatives and margin planning. Previously, from February 2006 to May 2013, Megan was the Director of Risk Management, specializing in Enterprise Risk Management and Treasury. Megan holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance & Risk Management and Insurance from the same institution.
