Ryan Riess currently serves as Vice President of Marketing at The Hershey Company, a role held since July 2009, where previous positions included Sr. Director and Director of C-Sweet Studio. Prior to this, Ryan gained experience as Assistant Dean of Students and Resident Hall Director at St. Edward's University from August 2003 to May 2007. Early career roles included Youth Counselor at the YMCA from 2000 to 2002 and Software Administration and Quality Control at SportsMEDIA Technology from 1999 to 2000. Ryan's educational background includes an MBA in Marketing from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, an M.Ed in School Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and an A.B. in History of Art and Architecture from Harvard University.
