Sheila Tinsay

Sheila Tinsay is an experienced supply chain professional with a robust background in managing and planning within various industries. Currently serving as the Regional Supply Chain Manager for Asia South at The Hershey Company since September 2014, Sheila has previously held key roles including Supply Chain Planning Manager at SC Johnson, Global Planning Manager at Advantek, and Strategic Sourcing and Logistics Manager at Sandoz. Additional experience includes positions at Unilever Philippines, California Manufacturing Co., SAN MIGUEL RENGO PACKAGING CORPORATION, and Philtread Tire & Rubber Corp. Sheila holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Mapúa University and completed high school at St. Paul College of Parañaque.
