Shilpa Gawri

Shilpa Gawri currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition International at The Hershey Company, overseeing executive recruitment and talent acquisition strategies across the AEMEA region since February 2020. Previously, Shilpa was the Talent Lead and HR Business Partner for Hershey India, where responsibilities included driving people development aligned with business objectives. Shilpa has extensive experience in talent and organizational capability development from roles at KEC International Ltd., contributing to HR transformations and talent pipeline initiatives. With a background in strategic HR interventions and a strong emphasis on talent management, Shilpa has cultivated a comprehensive skill set in human resources following an MBA in HR from the International Management Institute.
