Adriane Gamble Armstrong

Adriane Gamble Armstrong is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in nonprofit management and social impact. As Chief Executive Officer of Juma Ventures since May 2011, Adriane has driven the organization's mission to support youth in breaking the cycle of poverty by expanding services and scaling operations nationally. Notable achievements include increasing youth services from 300 to over 1,500 annually, launching initiatives in multiple cities, and providing financial capability resources to low-income youth. Adriane also serves as a board member for organizations such as The Hidden Genius Project and Charity Navigator, and holds positions at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, contributing to social entrepreneurship advisory services. With a strong foundation in community development from previous roles at the Local Initiatives Support Corporation and various educational organizations, Adriane's work focuses on economic empowerment and capacity building for underserved populations.
