Jabari Alii

Jabari Alii is an Oakland Innovation Educator at The Hidden Genius Project. Jabari has also worked as a game developer, sound designer, and music composition and audio production instructor.

Jabari's interest in video games began when they were young. Jabari was always drawn to the creative aspects of video game development and sound design. After working in the industry for a few years, Jabari decided to give back by teaching the next generation of game developers and sound designers. Jabari has been working as an instructor at the David E. Glover Emerging Technology Center since September 2019.

In addition to their work as an educator, Jabari is also a successful game developer. Jabari founded their own game development studio, Lion Studios, in November 2021. Lion Studios has released several successful games, including "The Hidden Genius Project" and "Founder Gym".
