Lynann Decusatis

Lynann Decusatis is an accomplished professional in home health care, currently serving as the Home Care Administrator at The Highlands At Wyomissing since June 2021. Previously, Lynann held the role of Interim CEO at Tower Health at Home and Home Health Care Management, where significant contributions included endorsing the acquisition by Tower Health and successfully integrating the home health agency. As Director of Quality Improvement, Lynann played a pivotal role in achieving The Joint Commission Accreditation for multiple licensed entities and developing performance improvement strategies.
