Michelle Ganza

Michelle Ganza serves as the Director of Associate Relations, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at The Home Depot Canada, where responsibilities include leading the Associate Relations team to foster positive relations and advocate for associates since September 2015. Prior to this role, Michelle held positions as Senior Manager of Associate Relations and Employment Practices, as well as Human Resources Manager and Associate Relations Manager at The Home Depot of Canada Inc. from 2007 to 2015. Michelle is an alumna of the University of Toronto Mississauga.
