Tamara Best is an accomplished Learning and Development professional with extensive experience in leadership development, training delivery, and talent initiatives. Currently serving as the Manager of Learning Delivery and Leadership Development Solutions at The Home Depot Canada, Tamara leads a team focused on delivering impactful training programs for associates and leaders. Previous roles include Talent and Development Manager at The Home Depot's Contact Centre, Learning Business Partner at TD Bank, and Senior Manager, Leadership Development at Scotiabank. Tamara's career began as a Classroom Teacher, and Tamara holds a BAHons in Geography and a BEd from Queen's University, along with a Certificate in Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University.
