Jim Lairmore

Jim Lairmore is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in identity and access management systems and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Cybersecurity Systems Engineering at The Home Depot since April 2021, Jim previously held key roles including Principal IAM Technical Program Manager at Whole Foods Market and Director AVP at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, where responsibilities involved managing large teams and overseeing complex security projects. Jim's career also includes positions at HP Inc., Burbank Water and Power, and the City of Glendale, demonstrating a strong background in managing security systems, compliance with regulatory standards, and implementing strategic security initiatives. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology Security from Western Governors University and has presented at multiple SANS Network Security conferences.
