Natalie Glywasky

Natalie Glywasky currently serves as the District Human Resources Manager at The Home Depot since February 2023 and has been the Director of Human Resources at the Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies since September 2019, where Natalie also held the role of Human Resources Manager. With extensive experience in employee relations, benefit administration, and compliance reporting, Natalie supports operations across multiple regions including Orlando, Maryland, Atlanta, San Antonio, and Hawaii. Previously, Natalie spent over 25 years at The Home Depot in various management roles, including Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and Department Supervisor, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork, customer service, and operational excellence. Natalie holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Business Management with a Human Resources specialization from Eastern Florida State College.
