Brandi Baylor

Brandi Baylor is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in managing HR functions within manufacturing and distribution environments. Currently serving as the District Human Resources Manager at the Virginia Department of Transportation since January 2020, Brandi previously held the position of Corporate Human Resources Manager at ComSonics, Inc. from March 2016 to January 2020, and Human Resources Manager at Ply Gem from October 2009 to March 2016. Brandi holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Colorado State University, completed between 2018 and 2022, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Virginia Tech, earned from 1995 to 1998.
