Tristan B. is a seasoned User Experience professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently, Tristan serves as a User Experience Principal at The Home Depot, where responsibilities include developing UX research, design, and testing strategies while managing a team of UX Designers. Previous roles include Principal User Experience Designer and co-founder at Product Academy, where training and consulting focused on User Centered Design and Agile methodologies. Tristan has also worked as a Senior Product Designer at Stretto, contributing to the design of order management systems, and held various design positions at companies such as SwiftIQ, Peapod, Solo Graphix, Royal Office Products, Northwestern Pharmaceutical & Supply Corporation, and Aethyrial Corporation. Tristan holds a Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Communication from Western Illinois University.
