Mindi Hughitt

Mindi Hughitt is currently serving as the Area VP of Marketing and Sales at The Home Health Team since May 2025. Previously, Mindi held the position of Director of Business Development Home Health at Jet Health, Inc. from March 2023 to June 2025, focusing on operations, sales leadership, training new hires, and supervising the sales team. Mindi has also worked as a Regional Program Director at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice and Encompass Health, and held various roles at Encompass Home Health & Hospice including Clinical Division Manager and Senior Care Transitions Coordinator.
