Neal Allen

Neal Allen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, inspection, and technology. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and Master Inspector for HomeTeam Inspection Service in Louisville since January 2017, Neal also holds the title of Home Inspector with the same company since April 2016. Prior experience includes a significant role as Business Manager, CTO, and COO at First Choice Dental Center, where management of a multi-disciplinary team focused on maximizing revenue potential was crucial. Neal's military background includes serving as a Chief Warrant Officer and Maintenance Test Pilot in the Army National Guard and the US Army, specialized in helicopter maintenance and operations. Educational credentials include an Associate of Science degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Additional experience in IT management was gained at Trillium Industries from 1996 to 1998.
