Kate Barton is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in brand management and growth strategies. Currently serving as Chief Growth Officer at The Honest Company, Kate has previously held the position of Chief Brand Officer at Magnolia and contributed to The Marketing Academy as a Scholar. At Esteé Lauder, Kate excelled as Executive Director of Marketing and honed skills in brand development as Senior Brand Manager for Nature Valley at General Mills. Educationally, Kate holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Baylor University and attended Harvard Business School for advanced studies from 2007 to 2008.
