Jeremy Day has had a varied work experience. In 2009, they began working at the University of San Diego as an Intern for the International Center, Center Coordinator for the Center for Awareness, Service and Action, and Program Coordinator for the Guadalajara Service Program. From 2011 to 2013, they worked for Beta Theta Pi as an Assistant Director of Recruitment and Colony Education and Leadership Consultant. During this same time, they also worked at the University of Denver as a Graduate Assistant Diversity & Inclusive Excellence in the Dean's Office. In 2014, they became the CEO & Founder of The Honest Stand, a plant-based food manufacturer.
Jeremy Day attended the University of San Diego from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communication Studies. Jeremy then attended San Diego Mesa College from 2008 to 2009. In 2013, they attended the University of Denver and earned both a Master of Arts (MA) in Global Finance, Trade and Economic Integration, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business.
