Anfield Ho Ming Lam

Anfield Ho Ming Lam is a Government Counsel in the International Law Division (Treaties & Law) at The Hong Kong Department of Justice since August 2023. Prior to this role, Anfield held an internship at eBRAM International Online Dispute Resolution Centre Limited and completed a traineeship at Alan Lam, Yam & Pe Solicitors. Anfield's experience also includes positions as an Investment and Asset Management Analyst and Associate at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, a mooter at the Leiden-Sarin International Air Law Moot Court, a Junior Research Assistant at the Pacific Economic Cooperation Council, and a Winter Intern at Paul Hastings. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) and a Juris Doctor from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Economics with a Minor in History from NYU Stern School of Business, and an International Baccalaureate from Diocesan Boys' School.
