Raymond Hc Chan

Raymond HC Chan is a Government Counsel at The Hong Kong Department of Justice since May 2017, following a role as Assistant Solicitor at Wong and Chan from June 2014 to May 2017, where Raymond also served as a Paralegal and Trainee Solicitor. Prior experience includes a managerial position in Compliance & Control at Coface from 2008 to 2013. Raymond holds multiple degrees, including a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws and a Juris Doctor from City University of Hong Kong, a Master of Accountancy from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, an MBA from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Engineering from The University of Hong Kong.
