At The Hong Kong Jockey Club, Steven currently serves as the Head of Talent Management & Learning. Previously, Steven was the Global Director of Talent at Edgewell Personal Care and the Chief People Officer at TenX. Additionally, Steven acted as the Interim Head of International HR at Picsolve International Ltd and held dual roles at PayPal as Director of Global Talent & Performance and Director of Learning and Organizational Development for the Asia Pacific region.
