Justin Leung

Justin Leung is currently an Associate Professor of Practice at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology since August 2025 and holds several significant positions, including Independent Non-Executive Director at 恒生前海基金管理有限公司 and Non-Executive Director at YCP Holdings. Additionally, Leung serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor at The University of Hong Kong and is involved with the English Schools Foundation as a Finance Committee Member. In an advisory capacity, Leung contributes to Wycliffe Hall, University of Oxford, and Oxentia as Senior Advisor. Prior roles include membership on the Cyberport Entrepreneurship Centre Advisory Panel and consultancy with the China Development Institute.
